This motivating workshop teaches women simple, creative and fun ways to release stress. They learn to identify the situations that cause them stress and specific body-mind tools to address each of those situations. In this workshop, women learn to:
- Identify the main points of stress in their body
- Release tension through movement mediations.
- Breathing and relaxation techniques to manage stress
- Practice a dance meditation for stress release.
