Fun Ways to Release Stress Workshop

This motivating workshop teaches women simple, creative and fun ways to release stress. They learn to identify the situations that cause them stress and specific body-mind tools to address each of those situations. In this workshop, women learn to:

  • Identify the main points of stress in their body
  • Release tension through movement mediations.
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to manage stress
  • Practice a dance meditation for stress release.
